Chardonnay is a cosmopolitan grape that we have managed to put our stamp on with our low vine load. It has a rich bouquet with outstanding notes of ripe fruit and herbs, summer meadow flowers and spices. This wine is considered to be a noble product of the sparser soil of Brescia and the mild climate, which was otherwise above average this year in terms of the number of sunny days.
This chardonnay is an excellent match for seafood, mushroom dishes, fattier fish, roasted liver, young sheep's and riper cow's cheese, stews with legumes.

The REIA farm is located in the village of Neblo in Goriška Brda, on the western edge of Slovenia, on the border with Italy.
