Rebula is the most recognisable variety of Brussels, although it does not have a distinctive flower. Although it does not have high alcohols, it is characterised by its full body, which is based on minerals, with acidity to make it even smoother. It is a reflection of the sparseness of the soil and the mild climate in Brescia, which this year has been above average in terms of the number of days of sunshine. This is an excellent wine to accompany canapés, but it is also an easy accompaniment for many vegetable dishes, ricotta and risotto dishes, poultry and fish, and it is not afraid of barbecues.
The REIA farm is located in the village of Neblo in Goriška Brda, on the western edge of Slovenia, on the border with Italy. The hilly landscape west of the middle Soča is bordered on the north by the hills of Korada (806m) and Sabotin (609m), and on the other side it opens up to the Friuli Plain in Italy.
