Belica

The origins of the BELICA homestead date back to 1898, when the name BELICA first appeared with the birth of Granpa Pepo. His mother nicknamed him "Beličca" because of his bright, white hair, and soon BELICA became a household name.
The BELICA homestead is located in the village of Medana, in the heart of the wine-growing region Brda, with a magnificent view from the Alps to the Adriatic Sea.

Wine

Nono Pepo started viticulture and winemaking at an early age, and later his son Cvetko successfully built up the farm, despite the hard times.
The farm really flourished after Slovenia's independence, and today it is run by Zlatko and Cvetan and their families.
The modern cellar produces fresh white wines, including the Queen Rebula, as well as barrique-aged whites and reds, such as Izbrano Belo (Selected White) and Izbrano Red (Selected Red).
