Puro Rose

The bubbles are lively, tiny and numerous. The colour is coppery-lox, quite intense. The bouquet is extravagant, varied, dominated by ripeness, as befits a sparkling wine that is almost ten years old, dry grass, flowers as if you were in a meadow, a delicate yeasty note, noble wood, and a hint of balsamic notes. On the palate it is dry, lively, full-bodied with a hint of tannic grip, lively acids and a long aftertaste. Puro is not a classic light aperitif sparkling wine, but a sparkling wine that will go well with warmer starters and main fish dishes.

Unlike the traditional method, we did not use sugar and did not add yeasts for fermentation in the bottle, but only the must with all its admixtures and the "world" of micro-organisms that live in it. The mature wine is then fermented in the bottle, and this is how our PURO is created.

Puro is a special sparkling wine that is not deglazed, so this process is not done by us, but you can do it yourself when you open the bottle. This way, the wine lives together with its own -natural yeasts in the bottle right to the end and is free of any preservatives. The advantage is that this process allows it to live indefinitely.
