Our wines represent our place and, above all, ourselves.

The physiology we follow is simple, we produce wines to our taste, only then can we present the wine to others on that basis, and we place a high priority on nature, the vineyards and the land. All the wines are aged for at least a year in French barrels, and then spent several months in the bottle to complete their flavour. A special feature of the wine house is the production of wine in qvevri containers, Amphorae, which were brought from the ancestral home of wine, Georgia. Our wines are also known worldwide, as evidenced by the fact that KABAJ has been named one of the top 100 wineries in the world four times by the elite American Wine & Spirits magazine.
