An intense golden-yellow color wine with a bouquet, that indicates that we have a serious and mature specimen of Sauvignon (tomato leaf, herbs ...) in front of us. The wine tastes full-bodied, mineral with mild acids and with a long full departure in the mouth. The wine was in contact with the grape skins for at least seven days, then matured for another 24 months in used barrique barrels and aged for at least another 6 months in bottles before coming to the market.
