A deep amber color wine with a ripe bouquet (butter, honey, smoke ...).The wine smells a bit of burnt wood, honey, flowers, butter..... In the mouth the wine feels dry, strong, the structure is still abundant, the fruity character has faded a bit, but it is still here. Fairly warm, fully matured wine that should be drunk slowly. Harvest: by hand, in the second half of September Vinification: 30-day maceration (concrete, stainless steel, wood) Maturation / finishing: 36 months in 225-liter oak barrels ) and an additional 6 months in bottles
