Cuvee Morel

A medium-deep garnet color wine with ruby ​​hues. The bouquet is fully ripe. We find notes of leather, red pepper, earth, tar, smoke, black pepper, dry spices, but also of raspberries and strawberries. In the mouth, the wine fells dry, medium-bodied, ripe with nice tannins and higher, ripe acids. Nicely coordinated, mature, on the elegant side. It is a wine of a demanding vintage, which after eight years offers what lovers of matured red wines are looking for. Harvest: manual, in the second half of October Vinification: 30-day maceration (concrete, stainless steel, wood) Maturation / finishing: 7 years in 225-liter oak barrels (French oak) and additional 6 months in bottles
