Amfora

An amber color wine with brick shades and a bouquet that indicates the maturity and fullness of the wine (honey, prunes, quartz ...). On the mouth the wine feels medium-bodied with lower acids, oily, certainly no longer fruity but with almost tea-like flavours and with a long departure in the mouth. Definitely a very unique way of making wine in kvevri, which you will hard to find it on the market. The wine was in contact with grape skins in kvevri (Georgian amphorae) for at least 12 months, then matured for another 24 months in used barrique barrels and aged for at least another 5 years in bottles before coming to the market.

The physiology we follow is simple, we produce wines to our taste, only then can we present the wine to others on that basis, and we place a high priority on nature, the vineyards and the land. All the wines are aged for at least a year in French barrels, and then spent several months in the bottle to complete their flavour.
