Rebula

An amber color wine with a ripe bouquet ( ripe pears, smoke, tea notes .... ). The wine tastes full-bodied with higher acids, slightly bitter (due to long maceration) and mineral with a long (fairly tannic) departure in your mouth. The wine was in contact with grape skins in large conical oak barrels (2400l) for 30 days, then matured for another 24 months in used barrique barrels (225l) and aged in bottles for at least another 6 months before coming to the market.
