The wine is ruby red in color with a rich bouquet ( blackberry, leather, cherry jam ...). On the palate the wine feels full bodied and intense, warm with round tannins ( but still lively ) and with a medium-long departure in the mouth. The wine was in contact with the grape skins for at least 21 days ( at 28°C) and then matured for at least another year in stainless steel tanks. Before coming to the market, the wine was left to rest in the bottle for an additional 3 months.
