The wine is straw yellow in colour with green nuances and an aromatic bouquet (citrus, apricot, elderflower, herbs...). On the palate, the wine is distinctly mineral and fresh, beautifully balanced with a medium body and a characteristic almondy long finish. The wine was cold macerated for 24 hours and then fermented for about 30 days at 17°C in inox tanks. It was matured in inox tanks for 1 year and was left in the bottle for at least 3 months before being released to the market.
