The wine is straw-yellow with coppery tones and a ripe bouquet (acacia honey, apricot jam, white fruits and flowers, etc.). On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and soft, warm and harmonious, with a long, full mouthfeel. The wine was cold macerated for 24 hours and then fermented in inox tanks for about 30 days at 17°C. It has been matured in inox containers for 1 year and aged for at least 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.
