The wine is deep yellow in colour with hints of old gold and a rich bouquet (candied fruit, chestnut honey, sweet bread...). On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and warm, slightly oily but still manages to retain its characteristic freshness and minerality. The wine was cold macerated for 48 hours and then fermented in inox tanks for about 30 days at 15°C. It has been matured in inox containers for 1 year and aged for at least 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.
