The wine has an intense golden yellow color with a ripe rich bouquet (apricot, honey, butter, peach, vanilla ...). On the palate the wine feels full-bodied with higher acids and alcohols, slightly bitter and with a long full bodied departure in the mouth. A very serious specimen of Malvasia that has been plucked at full phenolic maturity and has matured for at least 15 months in used barrels and will easily age for several more years in the cellar.

The farm is located in an area with typical conditions for producing excellent wines, in the heart of the Goriška brda hills. On 5 hectares of vineyards, partly on Italian land, we produce mainly white wines. The terrain is hilly, with a slope of 25-40 %. All the vineyards are planted with grass, without the use of herbicides or artificial fertilisers. This moderates the growth of the vines and makes them resistant to diseases and pests.
