Emeran Reya

Fine wine is always made and shaped in the vineyard - Edvard Reya

The Reya family has lived in close connection with the land of Brda for centuries - written sources mention it here at least as early as 1735, when the Austro-Hungarian Emperor conferred on it the title of nobleman. In recent years, the Emeran Reya winery has turned its attention to traditional farming methods that were known to our ancestors, but which have been slightly abandoned and forgotten with the advent of new technologies. The farm's conversion to certified organic production was a logical step to be able to produce, as Edvard Reya would say, "The wine our grandpas (nonoti) knew".
