The colour is opaque, garnet and testifies that the wine has been with us for a long time. But the real joy begins when we start to smell it. The combination of juicy red fruits and the scents that the wine has acquired as it has matured is simply enchanting, hedonistic. The wine is dry with plenty of structure and at the same time softness with a velvety texture and plenty of fruit charge, which will give it a long life.
Late harvest, with the start of fermentation in large tanks with natural yeasts.Maceration takes 3 to 4 weeks, or until the end of fermentation. The silent fermentation is completed in wooden barriques, where the wine is matured on its own sediment, without any flow. In this way, the wine completes all its natural processes and becomes naturally stable, ready to last one lifetime.
The wine was aged for 5 years in 225l Slovenian oak.
