Puro
The lunar equivalent of bubble stories. Puro begins where other champagnes cease to live and go to age. An upside-down Puro lives forever, as the ever-present yeasts can keep it alive for years. There is only as much sulphur as the yeasts have made. The nose is beautifully ripe, tertiary, but still with plenty of freshness. Dry, very homogeneous in the mouth. A very complex, long, excellent sparkling wine.
Unlike the traditional method, we did not use sugar and did not add yeasts for fermentation in the bottle, but only the must with all its admixtures and the "world" of micro-organisms that live in it. The mature wine is then fermented in the bottle, and this is how our PURO is created.
Puro is a special sparkling wine that is not deglazed, so this process is not done by us, but you can do it yourself when you open the bottle. This way, the wine lives together with its own -natural yeasts in the bottle right to the end and is free of any preservatives. The advantage is that this process allows it to live indefinitely.
