The wine is golden yellow, crystalline and medium dense. Slightly restrained at first but with fine notes of apple and pineapple segments, ripe apricots, orange peel. A mineral note of decomposed lapis stands out, joined by aromas of hay, roasted nuts, vanilla, butter and dried Mediterranean herbs. A dry wine with a pronounced softness, medium heat, on the other hand fresh and tasty, almost salty, with a slightly spicy finish. An elegant wine with an intense flavour, medium body and long persistence.
