The wine is crystalline, golden yellow in colour and dense in texture. Intense aromas reveal mainly ripe tropical fruits, carambola, kiwi, mango, gooseberries, huckleberries. Yellow rose and acacia blossom, almonds and thyme, with a slight caramel note on the finish, mixed with butter and vanilla. A dry wine of accentuated softness, well-integrated alcohol and pronounced freshness. The mineral signature of the wine stands out, with an astringent finish. Full-bodied, persistent and intense in flavour and with a marked elegance.
