The wine is an intense ruby-red colour with purple nuances and a fruity bouquet (blackcurrant, plum, blueberry, spices...). On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, and it also tastes fruity (cherry and plum jam), warm with round tannins and a lingering finish on the palate. The wine has been in contact with the skins of the strawberries for at least 21 days (at 28 °C) and has been aged for another year in inox tanks. The wine was left in bottle for a further 3 months before being released on the market.
