The colour is uncompromising, deep with a garnet red brava, indicating development and ripening. The blossom only confirms the ripeness, but at the same time shows that there is still plenty of youthful vigour in the wine. Alongside the dark red and black fruit, there are notes of leather, tobacco and undergrowth. A drier, more elegant style that beautifully shows the verticality of Cabernet Sauvignon and its firmness, persistence.
Late harvest, with the start of fermentation in large tanks with natural yeasts.Maceration takes 3 to 4 weeks, or until the end of fermentation. The silent fermentation is completed in wooden barriques, where the wine is matured on its own sediment, without any flow. In this way, the wine completes all its natural processes and becomes naturally stable, ready to last one lifetime. The wine was matured for 4 years in 225 l French oak and 180 l Slovenian oak.
