Rebula Brutus

A deep golden almost amber color wine with a complex ripe aroma (spices, vanilla, apricot, dried white fruit ...). It fells quite tannic, full bodied and with a very intense fruity taste. Due to its complexity, it also pairs well with mature cheeses, pork or on its own watching the sunset on the patio. After the hand harvest, it was transfered (berries and must) directly into barrels, where it began with the spontaneous fermentation and where it also remained until the next harvest. Only then the wine was separated from the berries and left to mature for an additional 12 months in barrels and it was bottled without filtration. Definitely a Rebula with a big (amber) initial.
