A blend made of chardonnay for the body, sauvignonnase for the elegance and rebula for the minerality and freshness. Green yelow color with gold nianses. On the nose you can find a lot of tropical and mature fruits, toasted bread and spices. Due to the alcohol level it fells quite warm, mature and full bodied but thanks to the rebula still fresh. A long fresh mineral aftertaste. Due to its complexity it goes with a wide variety of dishes and it can also replace a red wine ( example : duck dish ).
The third generation of a family farm with a long tradition of viticulture, from the very heart of the Goriška Brda, Medana. Vineyards spread over 10 hectares in seven locations around the home village. I integrate the way I grow grapes and wine with the least possible soil stress, and all the vineyards are grass-farmed to retain soil moisture. The predominant varieties are white, such as Rebula, Sauvignonnasse or Jacot, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Red varieties include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
