Sauvignon Plešivo is golden yellow in colour, (variety) pure on the nose, intense, rich and fine. It is dominated by aromas of elderflower, dried spices, hay, white pepper ... The wine is dry, bold, moderate acidity, very mineral, serious and upright in body and elegant and fine in flavour with a lingering aftertaste.
Our farm dates back to 1890, when our great-grandfather Peter Blažič bought the farm and, appropriately for the location, dedicated it to viticulture and fruit-growing. Today, three generations live and work on the farm, where we bottled for the first time in 1993. We conscientiously follow the idea of nature-friendly production of both grapes and wine; in practice, this means that the most important work is done in the vineyard, where most of the quality is born, and which is then harvested in the cellar through conscientious cellaring.
