A golden yellow color wine with a ripe bouquet (honey, Mediterranean herbs, peach ...), which needs a little time to open up. On the palate the wine feels mineral and salty, slightly oily with higher acids, quite warm and with a medium-rich body and a medium-long departure in the mouth.
Our farm dates back to 1890, when our great-grandfather Peter Blažič bought the farm and, appropriately for the location, dedicated it to viticulture and fruit-growing. Today, three generations live and work on the farm, where we bottled for the first time in 1993. We conscientiously follow the idea of nature-friendly production of both grapes and wine; in practice, this means that the most important work is done in the vineyard, where most of the quality is born, and which is then harvested in the cellar through conscientious cellaring.
