A golden color wine with copper nuances and a bouqet in which we can find ripe pears, quince and many meadow flowers. It tastes full bodied, salty, slightly spicy but still pleasantly fresh. This wine will pair nicely with a wide range of different dishes, from Mediterranean to Asian cuisine. After the hand harvest, the fermentation took place in 500 and 225 liter oak barrels in which it was also matured for another 12 months on fine lees.
