Red Brutus

A wine which is produced only on the best vintage from selected vineyards and in limited quantities. It impresses with its deep ruby ​​red color and multi-layered mature bouquet (tobacco, graphite, concentrated plum jam ...). It fells very rich, full bodied, intense and with nicely incorporated solid tannins. A very harmonious wine that will live in your cellar for many years to come. It pairs well with all forms of red meat, venison or mature cheeses. After the hand harvest, it was macerated for 3 to 4 weeks, and then poured into 225-liter oak barrels, where it remained for at least 24 months and also did the biological deacidification.
