Sinefinis - a wine produced without borders. Borders between countries are always a product of man and not of nature. Just as nature does not care where the state borders are set, this wine also goes beyond humanly set borders, as it is produced from the Slovenian and Italian vineyards of Rebula in the best locations. The wine is straw yellow in color with elegant bubbles, indicating a long maturation on the yeast. The bouquet emphasizes the characteristic citrus note of Rebula with yeast aromas and on the palate the wine feels with invigorating freshness, minerality and with a long departure in the mouth. The wine matured on its own yeasts for at least 36 months before coming to market.
