Modri Pinot - Črna etiketa

The wine is purplish red with a ruby tinge, crystal clear. The nose is intense and very fine. There are aromas of black berries, especially blueberries and currants, but also cherry jam, hay, forest undergrowth and subtle notes of white pepper and cloves. The wine is beautifully balanced on the palate, with just the right balance of alcohol, softness, acidity, tannins and minerals. Despite the slightly higher alcohol level, it is nicely integrated and not too much of it is perceptible. The wine is full-bodied, elegant, intense in flavour and very persistent on the palate.

Vinification: Selected grapes harvested, classic maceration for 20 days. The wine is matured for 18 months in 225 L oak barrels.
