The wine shows a medium-deep golden yellow brava. The bouquet is quite discreet for the variety, but at the same time beautifully floral, complex and ripe. A bit in the style of a cold-blooded dude who takes things slowly and doesn't want to show everything right away. Dry, with ripe, vibrant acids and an oily texture. The mouth-feel is persistent and varied, with honey, flowers and delicate oaky notes.
Late harvest, with the start of fermentation in large tanks with natural yeasts. The silent fermentation ends in wooden barriques, where the wine is matured on its own sediment, without any flow. In this way, the wine completes all its natural processes and becomes naturally stable, ready to last one lifetime.
Aged for 2 years in 225 l French oak.
