Takojšnje stiskanje pobranega celega, nerazpecljanega grozdja, hlajenje mošta na 8 ºC v posodi iz nerjavnega jekla. Po 2 dneh pretok in dodajanje selekcioniranih kvasovk. Vretje ločeno po sortah pri nadzorovani temperaturi do 16 ºC. Krajše zorenje na finih drožeh. Združevanje vin v vrelno osnovo v pomladnih mesecih. Fino filtriranje, dodajanje vrelnega likerja in začetek sekundarne fermentacije v steklenici v mesecu maju. Zorenje/negovanje vina: Izjemno dolgo zorenje na kvasovkah. Degožiranje po najmanj šestih letih zorenja v steklenici. Dodajanje ekspedicijskega likerja in še vsaj pol leta počivanja pripravljenih steklenic v domači kleti.
