Kozana Chardonnay

A bit more windy area. North west exposure, but very sunny, it’s almost like a ‘’plato’’. Opoka soil, with big blocks of stones, a lot of water in depth of the hill, very good draining capability. Vines with very deep roots. Planted 1986.Striking golden-yellow colour with a brilliant shine. Almost discreet in its bouquet, yet the richness comes through with complexity and finesse, hinting of bu_x001f_er, wet stones, gentle fruity notes of peach, and caramel. Dry, rich and intense on the palate. The texture is oily, the wine juicy, perhaps even slightly sweet. Despite the full body it is pleasant, harmonious and balanced. A wine vivid with potential, developing into a fine salty finish.
