Medium deep, golden yellow, varietal flowers reminiscent of white peaches, gooseberries, spices. In the mouth, the wine is dry, bold – full of taste and longer aftertaste. Almost Californian in style, with lively acids. Nice, clear, rugged Sauvignon!
Our farm dates back to 1890, when our great-grandfather Peter Blažič bought the farm and, appropriately for the location, dedicated it to viticulture and fruit-growing. Today, three generations live and work on the farm, where we bottled for the first time in 1993. We conscientiously follow the idea of nature-friendly production of both grapes and wine; in practice, this means that the most important work is done in the vineyard, where most of the quality is born, and which is then harvested in the cellar through conscientious cellaring.
