Light yellow colour with slight golden shades. Aromas remind us of grape, oak and dry flowers. On the palate the wine is full-bodied with light tannins and a long finish.
It is difficult to determine the age from which the Ščurkas have been engaged in viticulture, but it remains recorded that Stojan’s nono Franc cultivated 1 hectare of vine and produced 50 hectolitres of wine. Today, with the help of his five sons, Stojan cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, and the harvest is suitable for this. Most of the properties are in the Italian part of Brda, but the best locations are Grotišče, Dugo, Mahober, Jazbine, Jordano, Gredič and Kozlink.
