Amfora Pinot Grigo
An intense golden orange color with some copper notes and a spicy, mineral bouquet. It fells buttery, lushious, salty, matured with a low tanin level and a long buttery aftertaste. The wine was macerted for one day and then first matured for 18 motnhs in new barrique barrells and later on for another 12 motnhs in amforas.
