The wine is straw yellow with golden hues. It is distinguished by a rich foam and long-lasting release of small bubbles. On the nose we notice a wealth of fruit with white flesh (apples, pears, peaches), as well as a flowering spring meadow and pineapple. In the mouth, the fruity note is complemented by the perceptions of bread crust and small pastries (brioche, butter cookies). Smooth acidity and a moderate percentage of unfermented sugars emphasize the fruity character of the wine and are intertwined with convincing minerality in the aftertaste. Bottling for secondary fermentation (end of March) and degassing after 30 months of maturation in the bottle.
You can't buy knowledge. Neither can love. We spend a lifetime learning, taking our parents' experiences and passing them on to our children.
The Erzetič estate, which dates back to 1725, has been taken over in recent years by Andrej Erzetič, a descendant of the founder of the wine estate, Martin Erzetič. Although each generation has its own view of the world, no generation on the estate has abandoned the family values, the love of the land and the produce that the vines in Goriška Brda produce with hard work.
