Amfora White
A copper golden color wine with some amber nianses, which were achived with a very long maceration in amforas. The bouquet ( figs, rasisn, wallnuts...) is showing its full rippenes at the time of the harvest. The mouthfells ( from butter and caramel to balsamic notes ) is confirming the bouquet with a full body, long aftertaste and a good balance between acidity and alcohol levels. The wine was macerated for 7 months in amforas and matured for 18 months in usedm oak barrells.
