Zeleni sauvignon

Sauvignon vert ( zeleni ) or Jakot or Sauvignonnase is a local variety of Goriška Brda with many different names. A straw yellow color wine with a bouquet that first reminds you of flowers and apples. It tastes fresh, slightly warmer due to the higher level of alcohol and with a typical almond departure.
