Ivo is a dry red couve wine from three grape varieties, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. A ruby red color wine with a ripe bouquet, which, in addition to forest fruits, also offers us the scents of leather. On the palate the wine feels bold, slightly spicy and tannic, with a medium-long departure. The wine matured for at least 24 months in large oak barrels before coming to the market.

The exact year of the farm’s birth is shrouded in mystery, but we know for sure about their dedicated care and cultivation of the vine over the last decades. The care for 7 hectares of vineyards in excellent vineyard locations and the intergenerational transfer of knowledge is known both on the grapes and on the final product in the glass. The wines are fresh, pleasant aromas and rich taste. The care and consistency of the whole family is rewarded whenever they proudly offer their wines and cheerfully toast with them.
