Črno in Slovenian means black, which is also a traditional house way of calling red wine, in this case the Merlot.The grapes are hand picked, macerated for 12 hours and fermented in inox stell tanks. The wine is left to mature on fine lees until April, after that is filtered and left to mature until the next vintage. A speciality of the house is that all the wines arrive on the market with a 1 year delay.
