Aurora white is a variety consisting of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Rebula. The wine has a deep golden-yellow color and a ripe bouquet ( bread crust, chamomile, honey ...). It tastes full bodied, rich in extract with a long departure. The wine was aged in larger barrels ( 1500l -2000l ) of oak and acacia wood.
